Alternators are the heart of your power generator and can burn out as the result of pollution, whether caused by dust, salt and/or acids.
We begin by taking the alternator out of the power generator and then we dismantle it in full. Next we rewind the alternator and give all of the other electrical components an additional coat of varnish. We treat the windings of the stator with the right varnish or coating, depending on the environment it is used in (damp atmosphere, dust, etc.).
After balancing the rotor, it will rotate perfectly again, reducing any vibrations to a minimum. Once full assembled, the alternator is varnished again.
